You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to let us know you'd like to make a return.

Rule #1: Email Us First 📧

Before you pop anything in the mail, email us to request a return.

Random surprise parcels showing up at our door are fun for birthdays... not returns. 😉 We need to approve your return before you send it back.

Return Shipping

Changed your mind? No worries but return postage is on you. We recommend using tracked shipping because once it leaves your hands, it's between you and the shipping gods.

Your Item Must Be...

• ✔️ Unworn

• ✔️ Unwashed

• ✔️ Still rocking its original tags

• ✔️ In the same fabulous condition it arrived in

If it smells like perfume, laundry detergent, smoke, or looks like it went on an adventure... it's coming back to you.

The "Nope" List 🚫

These items are final sale and can't be returned:

• Underwear

• Nursing bras

• Bathing suits/swimwear

• Anything marked 50% OFF or more

No exceptions. Even if you ask really, really nicely. ❤️

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes its little inspection, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Oops! We Messed Up?

If we sent the wrong item or something arrived damaged, that's on us. Email us right away with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right faster than you can say "add to cart."
